Updated Terms & Conditions for Haulers & Co

Welcome to Haulers & Co ("Company"). By accessing or using our website, submitting a service request, or hiring services through our platform, you ("Client") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
1. Independent Service Coordination
Haulers & Co functions solely as a coordination and referral platform. All services, including but not limited to moving, hauling, delivery, yard work, and junk removal, are executed by independent subcontractors. These individuals are not employees of Haulers & Co. We do not own vehicles or employ movers.
2. No Warranty or Guarantee
All services are offered "AS-IS." Haulers & Co makes no guarantees regarding punctuality, performance quality, or outcome. Any disputes or concerns must be addressed directly with the subcontractor who performed the work.
3. Limitation of Liability
Haulers & Co will not be held liable for any damages to property, personal injury, loss, theft, or delays. By hiring us, you agree that the subcontractor is solely liable for their actions. You further agree to release and hold harmless Haulers & Co from any claims or disputes arising from services rendered.
4. Payment Terms
Full payment is required upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing. All payments are non-refundable once work begins. Tips and additional charges may apply for specialty services, stairs, or last-minute bookings.
5. Cancellations & Rescheduling
Cancellations made within 24 hours of your scheduled job may incur a cancellation fee. Rescheduling is subject to subcontractor availability.
6. Damage Claims
Any claim for damage must be submitted directly to the subcontractor within 24 hours of service completion. Haulers & Co does not process or resolve these claims.
7. Legal Use Only
You agree to use our services for lawful purposes only. Any misuse of the platform may result in denial of service and potential legal action.
8. Modification of Terms
Haulers & Co reserves the right to update these terms at any time. It is the responsibility of the user to review the current terms before hiring services.
9. No FMCSA Broker License
Haulers & Co is not registered with the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) as a broker and does not arrange for the transportation of household goods across state lines. We coordinate services with local, independent subcontractors.
